THE APARTMENT

This luxury apartment, sleeping 6 people, is on small exclusive development, where there are only 21 apartments with a swimming pool and tropical gardens.

The apartment has air conditioning for the summer and heating for the few chilly winter evenings that occur in this region of Spain.

There are cream marble floors throughout the apartment, and both bathrooms are finished in marble.

Bedrooms
You have the option of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedded room. All bedrooms have shutters on the windows so they can be as dark or cool as you wish.

TV / Satellite connections are available in most rooms.

A private parking space is available in the underground garage where there is lift or one flight of stairs to take you up to the apartment.

There is a beautiful beach just across the road, complemented by a typical Spanish beach bar (and local Spanish prices…), where locals flock to enjoy the excellent food, in particular, to enjoy their family Sunday lunch. The fresh seafood is a must, as well as the many other excellent dishes on offer.
